Returns and Exchange Policy




At KMABEL, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of each of our pieces. Every item undergoes rigorous hand-inspected quality checks to ensure it meets our high standards before being sent to you. However, if you believe your item is faulty, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at kmabel360@gmail.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you with an exchange.

Please note: For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewelry, including earrings.

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care Team within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to ensure a swift resolution, including offering a replacement or exchange. Please ensure all returned items are in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We hope you’re delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you wish to exchange a non-pierced item, we offer exchanges for store credit under the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.
• All tags, packaging, and certificates of authenticity must be included.
• Handmade clothing must retain the original hang tag and be free from any stains, including makeup. It must not have been washed or altered in any way.
• Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are processed for store credit only.

Shipping and Returns Process

• You are responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we can only process returns once the items are safely received at our warehouse.
• Please allow up to 7 calendar days for your return to be processed. We’ll work diligently to ensure this is done as quickly as possible for you.
• Once your exchange has been processed, we will notify you via email. Your new item will be shipped to you free of charge.

Important Notes

• Any merchandise returned in damaged or unsellable condition will be returned to the customer, and the exchange request will be rejected.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. However, KMABEL cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been obtained.
