Exchanges & Returns

We make quality checks individually by hand for every item but, if any items appear to be faulty, please report this to our Customer Care team who will be more than happy to help.

We hope that you’re pleased with your order and won’t have to exchange.

With regards to our handmade clothing, it must have the hang tag on and be free from make-up or any other stains in order for it to be exchanged with store credit. It must also have not been washed or altered in any way.

You are responsible for return shipping fees. We advise that you return your parcel using a tracked/insured service as only products that have been received back to our warehouse can be processed for returns or exchanges. Exchanges will be shipped out to you free of charge. Just send us an email.

Please note that all sale items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the merchandise is returned damaged, the return will be rejected

If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been obtained.

  • Please allow 7 calendar days for the parcel to be returned to and a exchange to be processed. We’ll work hard to ensure this is done as soon as possible for you.

  • We’ll keep you informed via email when we’ve processed the exchange.
